We own the most modern production line for nail polish brushes. It is made up of an electric injection molder Wittmann Battenfeld use to produce brush handles, a six axis robot and a tufting machine by a German company Zahoransky. For the production we use acid-proof wire tested from reaction with different lacquer bases. The filament used for production is Tynex® by DuPont.
Our brushes undergo a two-phase cutting process. At the begining a piece of filament bunch is cut off and tuffted into the handle with the help of a wire staple. Next, the brushes undergo through a second, this time precise cut station and grinding station.
